I am a registered nutritionist, lifestyle medicine practitioner, health coach and gourmet with over a decade of professional experience. I specialise in helping my clients achieve optimum health by combining evidence-based nutrition with a passion for good food.

I typically work with high achievers aged 45-55 who are starting to feel like they’re falling apart, both physically and mentally, to help them feel 10 years younger so that they can play full-out in all areas of their home, work and social life.
